The corporate early recruitment group wants to reduce the number of hours a staff person must dedicate to onboarding the summer intern group. Currently, the staffer individually invites and registers each student and then collects each intern's data and enters it into a spreadsheet. Once the spreadsheet is complete, the staff passes it on to a graphic designer who creates an interactive online PDF as below. This is a relatively inexpensive pursuit unless you factor in the number of hours the staffer spends collecting all the data. The "system" is only accessible via laptop and desktop machines.
Research indicates that students could easily apply, accept, and register themselves by uploading all their personal data through an online portal. The data would then be integrated into a mobile app that is accessible and responsive on all devices, or more devices. The system would then only need to be monitored by a staffer, saving many hours spent collecting, filtering, and cleaning data from multiple sources. The app could then be used as a networking tool and for building professional profiles. Business Unit leaders would have a better opportunity to interface with all interns, and interns have a way to build rapport and connect for future career opportunities.

Cultural Sensitivity Training
Cultural sensitivity training was created to support employees working in cross-cultural teams by highlighting common differences in how people think and respond. To reinforce these concepts and make them easier to grasp, a series of simple illustrations was developed, aligned with existing Chevron brand standards and iconography.
