The corporate early recruitment group wants to reduce the number of hours a staff person must dedicate to onboarding the summer intern group. Currently, the staffer individually invites and registers each student and then collects each intern's data and enters it into a spreadsheet. Once the spreadsheet is complete the staff passes it on to a graphic designer who creates an interactive online PDF as below. This is a relatively inexpensive pursuit unless you calculate the number of hours the staffer uses to collect all the data. The "system" is only accessible via laptop and desktop machines.
Research indicates that students could easily apply, accept, and register themselves by uploading all their personal data through an online portal. The data then would then be integrated into a mobile app accessible and responsive to all devices--or more devices. The system then would only need to be monitored by a staffer saving many hours in collecting, filtering, and cleaning data sent via many sources. The app could then be used as a tool for networking, and building professional profiles. Business Unit leaders would have a better opportunity to interface with all interns and interns have a way to build rapport and connect for future career opportunities.

Cultural Sensitivity Training
In a global effort to help employees working in cross-cultural teams understand common differences in how we think and react cultural sensitivity training was developed. To emphasize the ideas and help employees conceptualize them, simple illustrations needed to be designed based on the current Chevon brand standards and iconography library.
Under development is a new fitness app.
I am creating a smartphone app that will help people improve their fitness. My target group is people who want to exercise more, but who—for various reasons—don’t get around to it.
Each of my research subjects were interviewed and quotes from the interviews were separated and color coded to coordinate
with the persona cards so that the quotes would remain anonymous but I would know where they came from and so
would be able to tailor the application to the market segment  that was most underserved. In this case is became clear that
I would design an app for a segment that was interested my finding community outside a gym.
